As one of the more complex Services we have done before, and performed satisfactorily, we can mention:

City of São Paulo subway's Line 5 started its operation at October 2002, and consist of: 09 Km in extension, 06 Passengers Stations (Largo Treze, Santo Amaro, Giovanni Gronchi, Vila das Belezas, Campo Limpo and Capão Redondo), 01 Primary Substation of 88 / 22KV (Guido Caloi), 07 Auxiliary Substations of 22 / 0,46 KV, 04 Rectifier Stations of 22 KV / 1,5 KVCC, 01 Maneuver and Maintenance yard (Capão Redondo) and 01 Operating Control Center (OCC).

Performed to the Consortium:

ALSTOM, SIEMENS, BALFOUR BEATTY, T´TRANS and BOMBARDIER

Façon was responsible for the Assisted Operation Services, 24 hours a day, during 180 days, involving: Energy Systems - Primary, Rectifier and Auxiliary Substations, 22 KV Cable Networks, Low and Medium Tension, Auxiliary Equipment, Aerial Network, Telecommunications, Track and On-Board Signalling installed on Line 5.

As relevant points of these services, we can mention:

 

Prepare weekly maintenance team intervention and failure analysis reports, aimed at providing data for performance evaluation

Point out and correct design failures as they become apparent, replacing necessary equipment and material

Complement corrective maintenance team training when proven the need for maintenance routine and practices improvement

Carry out Corrective and Preventive Equipment Maintenance according with that foreseen in the CPTM Technical Specifications and Supplier Manuals
